For solid hardwood floors, we remove the old finish, fill in imperfections, sand the floors, and apply your chosen stain or color. You can select from our sample color swabs. We then protect your floor with three coats of commercial-grade finish, available in various sheen levels. For engineered hardwood floors, our specialized techniques and equipment extend their lifespan, showcasing our dedication to quality and durability.

After inspecting your engineered hardwood, if we determine that the top layer is too thin, we do not recommend sanding and finishing to avoid damage.
